Processing & Shipping Time

All Things By Faith owns it’s our own print operation. We do not outsource our apparel for printing. This allows us to control the timing, quality of inks used so designs will last for years and really know, touch, and see the quality we are giving our customers with each and every shirt.

  • Immediately upon placing your order, please check your email for confirmation of what you ordered and review all colors, sizes, etc. We find that customers who do this, catch any mistakes and this is a great time to contact us. 

  • During the processing of your order, you will receive updates through emails including when your order ships.

  • Typically orders take 4-15 business days to be processed. Additional time may be needed due to new implementations necessary for Covid-19.  

  • During holiday seasons, additional time may be necessary. 

  • Shipping time could take about 3 – 7 business days depending on your location. We ship orders Monday – Friday, and do not count weekends or US Holidays as business days. Orders are shipped from our Irvine, CA facility through USPS. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have noticed the post office may take additional time. 

NOTE: Please note, when our shipping software advises us that an apartment or a suite is needed, and if we are missing that information from your order, we will contact you. We call, email, text multiple times and if you do not respond, your order will not ship until we confirm with you.

Courtesy Exchanges 

We ask that you try on the apparel and if something doesn’t fit right, we will issue you a courtesy exchange for the same item in a different size under the following guidelines:  

  • Item(s) must be returned in its original form, unwashed, and unworn within 15 days of receipt. We will exchange the same item for a different size.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. However, we do pay for shipping the courtesy exchange item back to you. 

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process the courtesy exchange. The shipping time will take the same amount of time as a new order.  If the shirt and/or size is out of stock, we will give you a store credit that can be used at any time and does not expire. 

  • We do not offer refunds. 

  • We do not offer courtesy exchanges for our accessories, masks, mugs, hats, or wall art unless we have sent you a damaged or wrong product. 

  • We do not offer courtesy exchanges for any final sale items.

  • Only one courtesy exchange will be accepted for the same item. We do extend the courtesy exchanges for Christmas time only. This will allow the gift recipient until Jan 10th of the following year to exchange a size. 

  • Due to the fact that all items are made custom to order we do not accept cancelations. Also, we are unable to change an item once it has gone into production.

Exchanges For Damaged Goods Or Wrong Sizes 

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. We work hard to assure our apparel is perfect but we know we are human and can make a mistake. 

  • We ask you to inspect all merchandise within 7 days of receipt. 

  • Please send us an email with a photo of your damaged product or wrong size to [email protected]

  • Items sent damaged or wrong size will be replaced at no cost to you. 

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn. 

  • If items are not reported damaged or incorrect within 7 days of receiving, we will not replace your product.

All Things By Faith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the packages leave our facility. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service so we can assist you.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on wholesale orders or 3rd party purchases.
