Processing & Shipping Time
All Things By Faith owns it’s our own print operation. We do not outsource our apparel for printing. This allows us to control the timing, quality of inks used so designs will last for years and really know, touch, and see the quality we are giving our customers with each and every shirt.
Immediately upon placing your order, please check your email for confirmation of what you ordered and review all colors, sizes, etc. We find that customers who do this, catch any mistakes and this is a great time to contact us.
During the processing of your order, you will receive updates through emails including when your order ships.
Typically orders take 4-15 business days to be processed. This does not include shipping time. Expedited shipping is just for the shipping time, not order processing.
During holiday seasons, additional time may be necessary.
Shipping time could take about 3 – 7 business days depending on your location. We ship orders Monday – Friday, and do not count weekends or US Holidays as business days. Orders are shipped from our Irvine, CA facility through USPS.
NOTE: Please note, when our shipping software advises us that an apartment or a suite is needed, and if we are missing that information from your order, we will contact you. We call, email, text multiple times and if you do not respond, your order will not ship until we confirm with you.
Lost And/Or Stolen Packages
All Things By Faith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the packages leave our facility. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service so we can assist you.
