Shipping & Returns
All orders take up to 5-10 business days to be made, since we make all the print on the clothing custom to order by hand. During the holiday season it may take a few days longer.
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge.
We are happy to exchange most items within 30 days of purchase, and / or give store credit which can be used at any time - we do not offer refunds, as we are a small Christian family run business.
Returns for exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. At the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item's size, design, color, etc. Some items run on the small side, so please read the details of the product, as some tell you to order one size up. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred while sending an order back to us. We will cover the shipping fees for getting the new item to the customer.
Orders that are already in production can not be canceled or refunded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on wholesale orders or items purchased at any of our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their refund/exchange policies.
We strongly recommend reading the washing instructions found on the product. Designs are meant to last after many correct washings. Designs are not meant to last after being mistreated. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us.
